NTC Opens Registration For All Teachers In Public And Private Sector

 

The National Teaching Council has opened registration for in-service teachers employed in the public or private sector. The purpose of this registration is to introduce every teacher currently in active service to the NTC Teacher Portal Ghana (TPG) which will serve as the online hub for continous professional development activities and licensing.
The registration will also provide NTC an updated database of all teachers in the country.

Whatsapp has added an additional feature on its system enabling users to send money without leaving the chat room. The service being rolled out in Brazil first will enable people to send money or make a purchase from a local business without leaving their Whatsapp chat. “Today we are starting to launch payments for people using WhatsApp. We are making sending and receiving money as easy as sharing photos. We are also enabling small businesses to make sales right within WhatsApp,” reads an update on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg

Teacher Trainees’ Allowances Being Processed For Payment



Allowances of Trainees at the various Colleges of Education are being processed for a possible payment by the end of June 2020.

The Students Loan Trust Fund in a discussion with EducationGhana’s Ellis Ferdinand indicated that the students shall hopefully receive their allowances by the end of June as it is currently being processed.
